Bank of India top gainer
The Bank Nifty stocks are sizzling in Friday’s morning hours. The index is trading higher by nearly 1% at 21093 levels. The Bank Nifty touched its intraday high of 21115 levels, higher by 1.1%.
Bank of India is the top gainer in the index, trading higher by 3.3% at Rs 130.65 per share. Other PSU Bank stocks like Bank of Baroda, Punjab National Bank and State Bank of India are trading higher by nearly 2.5%.
In private bank stocks, ICICI Bank is trading higher by 2.3% at Rs 273.1 per share, and is the top gainer in the Nifty Private Bank index. Yes Bank Limited is trading near its record 52-week high of Rs 1545.45 per share.
The Bank Nifty 30-March 21200 CE and Bank Nifty 30-March 21000 PE witnessed maximum addition in their open interest in the morning hours on Friday. Maximum open interest is seen at the strike prices of Bank Nifty 30-March 21500 CE and Bank Nifty 30-March 20500 PE.
Yes Bank Ltd is currently trading at Rs 1535, up by Rs 18.95 or 1.25% from its previous closing of Rs 1516.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 1540 and has touched a high and low of Rs 1543.9 and Rs 1525.8 respectively. So far 1531387(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 64246.38 crore.
