Dhampur Sugar Mills acquires shares of subsidiary Ehaat
The company’s investment of Rs 2 crore in its subsidiary by way of subscribing 20 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at par on rights basis.
Dhampur Sugar Mills holds entire 37,70,000 equity share of Rs 10 each in Ehaat and it continues to be wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
On Friday, shares of Dhampur Sugar Mills closed at Rs 229.65, up by 4.17% on BSE. It opened at Rs 222.85 per share. It touched an intraday high of Rs 231.85 and low of Rs 218.15. The stock's 52-week high and low stood at Rs 256.60 and Rs 96.05, respectively.
Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd ended at Rs 229.65, up by Rs 9.2 or 4.17% from its previous closing of Rs 220.45 on the BSE.
