HDIL, Sun TV and ACC witness profit booking

Nifty is trading at 8789.30 levels, down by 11.75 points or 0.13%. Sensex is trading at 28407.08 levels, down by 43.95 points or 0.15%. On a weak day, following three stocks are witnessing long unwinding or profit booking:

Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited (HDIL) witnessed decline in its open interest (OI) by 3.54%. The stock is trading in red at Rs 68.70 per share, down by Rs 1.65 per share or 2.35%.

Sun TV Network Limited witnessed decline in its open interest (OI) by 1.45%. The stock is trading in red at Rs 682.30 per share, down by Rs 6.95 per share or 1.01%.

ACC Limited witnessed decline in its open interest (OI) by 1.37%. The stock is trading in red at Rs 1456.50 per share, down by Rs 23.65 per share or 1.60%.

Stock View:

Housing Development & Infrastructure Ltd is currently trading at Rs 68.6, down by Rs 1.85 or 2.63% from its previous closing of Rs 70.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 70.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs 70.35 and Rs 68.35 respectively. So far 6785402(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 3057.56 crore.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 108.75 on 12-Jul-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs 52.25 on 27-Dec-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 72.45 and Rs 61.6 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 36.49 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 44.26 % and 19.25 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading above its 200 DMA.
