Stocks to watch out for on Friday

The Indian benchmarks are likely to open in negative terrain on Friday amid sell-off in Asian markets. The SGX Nifty, which was trading at 10,094, suggests that the Nifty may open with a loss of 48 points at the opening bell.

Following are the important stocks to watch out for in Friday’s trading session:

Bharti Airtel: The company has received shareholders nod for merger of Telenor with the company.

Adani Power: The company has received shareholder’s nod to Mundra plant hive-off plan to subsidiary.

Reliance Capital: The company’s subsidiary Reliance Home Finance is going to list on Friday.

KNR Construction: The joint venture has bagged order worth Rs 884.47 crore from the Government of Telangana.

Cox and Kings: Cox and Kings owned Meininger Hotel has signed an agreement with a Swiss developer for the construction of a hotel in Geneva. The hotel is expected to open in 2020.

However, in Thursday’s trading session, Nifty ended at 10,121 level, down by 19 points, while Sensex closed at 32,370 level, down by 30 points. There were 576 advances, 1,083 declines and 301 unchanged stocks on NSE, reflecting strong negative sentiments floating in the market.
