HCL Infosystems: HCL Infosystems, an IT company, has declared its Q3FY17 results, wherein its consolidated net loss has narrowed down to Rs 50.73 crore. During October- December 2015 the company’s net loss stood at Rs 56.82 crore.
Mphasis: Mphasis, for the third quarter ended December 2016 has reported a 21.10% rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 204.3 crore. Also, recently the company’s board approved a buyback at maximum price of Rs 635 per share, aggregating to Rs 1,103 crore, which is now awaiting shareholder and regulatory approval.
Shoppers Stop: Shoppers Stop, a retail chain posted a decline of 15.36% in standalone net profit at Rs 19 crore for the third quarter ended December 2016. In October-December quarter a year ago, the company had posted a net profit of Rs 22.45 crore.
Railway stocks: Market experts are anticipating huge announcements on railway safety allocation, for signalling and tracks’ upgrades, which will positively impact the railway-related stocks.
