Piramal Enterprises: Sebi has fined Piramal Enterprises Ltd and its promoters—Ajay G. Piramal, Swati A. Piramal, Nandini Piramal and N. Santhanam—for violating insider trading norms while selling its healthcare business to Abbott Laboratories Ltd in May 2010.
