Most valued company RIL, touches fresh 52W high
Reliance Industries Limited, the most valued company in the Indian equity market is the top stock in the morning hours on Tuesday.
The stock touched its fresh 52-week high of Rs 1465 per share on BSE gaining 3.4% as against its previous close.
As of April 24, 2017, Reliance Industries Limited is the top company in terms of market capitalisation. The market capitalisation of the company stood at Rs 460518.8 Cr as of closing price of Rs 1416.4 per share in the Monday’s trading session.
The company has recently come up with the quarterly financial results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2017. The consolidated net profit of the company grew by the 11.54% on Q-o-Q basis. The board of the company has also recommended the final dividend of Rs 11 per share.
Reliance Industries Ltd is currently trading at Rs 1439.1, up by Rs 22.7 or 1.6% from its previous closing of Rs 1416.4 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 1459.7 and has touched a high and low of Rs 1465 and Rs 1435 respectively. So far 4236624(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 460518.96 crore.
